WHO WE HELP
Planning Studio has assisted with the expansion of many winery and tourism developments throughout the Adelaide Hills and metropolitan Adelaide as well as properties in Melbourne and Palm Cove.
Planning Studio also has considerable experience assisting clients with liquor licensing matters including the preparation of Community Impact Assessments.
Working closely with a number of local Councils, Planning Studio has also been instrumental in developing plans and strategies to guide the growth of urban areas.
As we transition to the new Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act, Planning Studio is well placed to advise clients on the implications of the Planning and Design Code.

Emma Barnes
Emma brings to the firm over 23 years of experience gained in various roles in local government and the private sector in South Australia, the ACT, Victoria and New South Wales.
Emma is a Corporate Member of the Planning Institute of Australia and is highly regarded within the planning and development industry.
Kieron Barnes
Kieron brings extensive experience in both the private sector and Local Government to Planning Studio.
Prior to joining Planning Studio, Kieron most recently worked for a well respected Planning consultancy where he played a key part in the roll out of a major retailer across South Australia.
Chelsea
Our studio is well attended by our much loved office dog, Chelsea. When you visit us, you’ll have to get past her first!
